Update 0.3.10 - Fabricator

Update 0.3.10 brings the following changes to the game.
- Fabricator - Added a fabricator to the players ship which can be used to make BOT's for Scrap. The player can only fabricate BOT's that they have the Blueprint for. Blueprints can be earned by successfully capturing HUB buildings (The larger buildings in the game).
- Increased Income from HUB's
- Fixed Player not receiving the correct income amount form owned territory.
